The problem is that Special Kommo-o lacks any real power behind its attacks. It also still has the speed problem, so you'll have to run Automize. At that point, you're better off just running Dragon Dance and sticking with a physical moveset. Plus, it gets Poison Jab, and you pretty much need that to fend off Fairies.
