From my experience, is Torterra. I don't really see anyone liking or mentioning that pokemon ever outside this shithole tbqh.
Even Meganium gets fanart sometimes, but nobody remembers Torterra outside /vp/, Empoleon and Infernape overshadows it for some reason. Not like I dislike Torterra but it gets very little to inexistent attention in general.

I don't think I've ever struggled to remember a starter. There's always such hype around their reveals, and the fact that you have to choose between them all helps, too.
