Water Bubble is basically Huge Power for Water moves + Heatproof + no burn. Just to give you an idea, this thing with this ability using any physical Water moves like Liquidation has the equivalent of base 190 Atk.

Another funny gimmick he has is power split, and unlike 99% of things that get power split he has no moveslot issues since his ability and dogshit base stats make it so he wants to use one water move anyways

Something like Liquidation/Scald or Leech Life/Power Split/Toxic (Entrainment in doubles where it doesn't need to give a shit about being walled by water absorbers) with max defensive investment and a -attack nature would be hilarious.
