I still think hoenn is better but alola is probably second or third to me. Lotsof great designs.

Bewear. First time I saw it on the spread with mimikyu I 100% thought it was a joke leak

Then they showed it in game and it's 7 foot tall, I understood what it was supposed to be.

Now I have one in game and holy shit it is adorable, and it has my favourite cry in the franchise. That pokedex entry, too.

It's definitely in my top 10 now

Didn't like this thing at first when gen 5 came out, thought people were stupid for using it over Krookodile.

Now I have accepted that both of them are great mons.

I thought Greninja's tongue-scarf was dopey at first. Thought Froadier looked cooler too.
But, hey. It did grow on me. Probably a contender for favourite agua type.

I HATED this when I first saw it. I still think it's ugly, but in a very cute kind of way. I kind of feel the same about Popplio, but I always thought Popplio was at least a little cute. Oshawott took a good while to grow on me.
