It's a new map accessible from Viridian. The red circle indicates a planned scripted encounter. This map has gone through A LOT of drafts and variations, and I feel like I'm arriving closer to a final state now.

I hope if that dude is the only one making a sm hack he at least makes everything catchable. That's the only thing I didn't like about rutile I'm pretty sure that one you couldn't properly catch all the mons like drayano's version.

It's doable with XY early route tier encounter rates in every route/area with little repeats.

I hope someone manages. How hard is that even to do? make roms that is if all you wanted was to edit encounters and add every single mon/form? is it like rpg maker where you just click and add a new entry into the pool of what could spawn? or does it take actual knowledge and skill?

I've been working on a fangame that takes place in the Sevii Islands.

>short main story; we're talking maybe 3 to 5 hours tops
>branching paths based on important battle outcomes
>slightly modified maps with sidequests and a pseudo gym challenge
>an evil team that doesn't only use Rattata, Grimer, and Zubat
>you can start with ANY unevolved gen 1 or gen 2 mon

I'm currently writing a new plot because mine was too similar to SM's plot about UBs.
The key difference was that my game took place in the gen 2 universe and the "UBs" were pokemon from gen 3 and onwards.

Made in Essentials because I can't hex edit for shit. I really want to remake this in FireRed or Crystal for plot coherence's sake, so one day I hope to learn.
