Whelp. This thing ended up being a lot more fun than it seemed at first, despite it not being a last man standing type deal.
The way the scoring system works is that you get points for landing finishing blows on Pokemon, and the game ends the round a trainer loses their third and final Pokemon, BUT if all of your Pokemon faint, you end in last place even if you have the most points. In the event of ties whoever has the most and healthiest alive Pokemon win.
All in all this results in really interesting mindgames where you want to rack up as many points as possible quickly, then do your best to KO a trainer and end the game before anyone else can catch up, while still trying to stay alive. It's a lot deeper and less gimmicky than what I thought at first, and IMO a much more fun change than Triples or Rotation.
How are you enjoying Battle Royal?

I think it adds your remaining pokemon plus your kos. So 1 ko + 3 left would beat 2 kos + 1 left.
Has anyone posted what Masked Royal's team is?

Weird, I haven't had issues with it.

A single rockruff. Unless he can somehow show up there after the story event.
