I'd think the booster boxes of like 36 packs are. You can get the boxes for like $95. the elite trainer boxes are 8 packs for $40, but you get a bunch of other cool misc stuff

Nah, elite trainer boxes are shit unless you really really want the sleeves. Go for booster boxes, but the best way is just to buy singles of what you need.
