Tapu Lele is pretty much the best of the Tapu. Tapu Koko would have been my #1 if they didn't fuck over its movepool.

When you're the bulkiest Water/Fairy and yet you can't burn shit and your terrain doesn't even boost your STAB, yeah, it's gonna be a little hard being noticed.

That said having a bulky water that doesn't spam Scald 100% of the time is sort of refreshing, and Fini still gets some stellar options like Calm Mind and Defog. She's sort of everything Suicune wants except reliable recovery.
