Where do you get the Arceus plates + Silvally memories in the game?
Also, in-game item thread. Would be nice to know locations on a lot of the form-changing shit.

Arceus plates are sold in the mall in Hau'oli City.
Galdion gives you all of the memories when he gives you Type:Null.
