How do you plan to kill this thing? You will see it in every match, youd better have a gameplan /vp/. If you dont do it quick it will just switch out and activate regenerator.
Galvanize explosion
Mr. Mime Jr. Used confusion
>>29879138
Probably try to siege break it with Xurkitree
Other than that, I'm boned. Only other hope I can think of is Salazzle, but those defenses are ass sundae
literally Amoongus 2.0
I'm ready for the new meta
Counter it with my ferrothorn.
>>29879138
HP Fire Latios beats this thing and Ferrothorn
Also Nidoking can break that core
Thundurus as well
Azumarill usage is going to take a hit since it can't beat this thing or Ferrothorn
>>29879166
>Mr. Mime Jr. Used confusion
Is that like a Father & Son Kamehameha?
>>29879138
Don't forget that all of its weaknesses have a type that is immune to them. With a well built team, any attempt to use a super effective move against Toxapex will result in a completely free regenerator heal.
>>29879138
>Xurkitree used Tail Glow!
>It's super effective!
Poison it with Salazzle.
>>29879436
>Tail Glow
>super effective
>Sunkern used Hidden Power Electric!
Time to start running Psychic Diancie. And because of the buff, I can afford to run it.
>>29879138
excadrill and hope no scald?
whats it going to run?
>>29879138
>LucariousedEarthquake!
>>29879511
scald
recover
poison spiky shield
tox spikes/haze/infestation?
>>29879511
Scald/Recover/Toxic Spikes/Protect
Baleful Bunker loos somewhat overrated since if you actually poison something with it, you can't hit them with the more useful burn or toxic status
>>29879511
It's got a lot of options and I can see many different sets, but I'd imagine Scald being a staple on every set.
Hell, depending on the meta, it could even run Liquidation or Surf to hit harder.
>>29879229
>base 35 speed so it has no chance of outspeeding azumarill
>belly drum on switch-in
>+6 252+ Atk Huge Power Azumarill Knock Off (97.5 BP) vs. 252 HP / 252+ Def Toxapex: 273-322 (89.8 - 105.9%) -- guaranteed OHKO after Stealth Rock
GeeGee Noob
>>29879728
It really won't be running those. Its offensive stats are complete ass.
>>29879754
Cool, so your Azu can run BD, Aqua Jet, Waterfall, Play Rough and Knock Off all on the same set?
>>29879808
>running BD waterfall ever
>>29879808
Knock Off is one of the best moves in the game. How wouldn't it be a staple on every BellyDrum set?
>>29879808
>he runs waterfall on BD
toppu kekko
Anyways specs Lele is the counter you're lookingh for.
>>29879866
>using Aqual Tail over Waterfall
>>29879899
Not that anon, but if you're running bd azuzu, you have options of
Stab Priority
Water Stab
Fairy Stab
Knock off
And you can only choose 3. Personally, I'd go with the stab moves.
You can simply trap it with Dugtrio until it's banned to Ubers.
>>29879138Z-Moves
>>29880098
Alolan dugtrio can't trap
>>29879978
+6 Aqua Jet does ridiculous damage to anything neutral to it. Play Rough is your go to go nuking STAB(stronger than Waterfall and destroys, Grass,Dragons, and Water types that strug off Aqua Jet), Knock Off screws over Amoogus and Ferrothorn, who would otherwise halt your sweep stacked with the ridiculous utility the move provides. Toxapek being another counter strengthens the necessity of Knock Off being being a must on a BD set. I don't see how Waterfall is even necessary at all.
>>29879949
But no one talked about Aqua Tail.
>>29879949
>using any water stab except AJ on BD Azu
>>29880295
You make a good point.
I never know how to consider high defenses with low base HP.
cofagrigus wasn't the physical wall I dreamt of.
>>29879229
Mega cham and Magnezone too
>>29879754
Azu will likely get banned with Z move changes so no worries.
>>29879138
Tapu Lele.
>>29879138
