No, he's worse than even the people anticipating it to suck would be. All it has going for it is its Attack stat. Otherwise it is a slow Ice type, with abover average HP that can't do shit with its average Defense and poor Sp Def. It doesn't even get Ice Shard or Mach Punch, despite getting iron Fist.

It's... Pretty bad, actually. But not as bad as other Ice types. Can't see it leaving NU/RU, though.

Passimian is speedier than most fighting types and is surprisingly bulky. Ability is shit in singles/in-game, though

Kommo-o seems at the very least decent simply because of all the resistances and pseudo-tier stats. But I heard it doesn't learn many fighting moves
