Always disliked the Zubat line, but this guy has been growing on me.

Really fun Eviolite user. Infiltrator pairs really well with moves like Confuse Ray, Toxic and Super Fang, and you can get good recovery with Roost.

Was meh about Gourgeist but fanart changed my mind.

Turtonator didn't really stand out to me at first but the more I thought about it the more I liked it, now it's the one mon I'm looking forward to using the most.

I loved Gligar as a kid but Gliscor sort of dampened my interest for some reason, probably the hideous face on the DP sprite. I finally picked it up again in XY and it's wonderful, back in my top 10.

For the longest time I was pretty much exclusively water starter and ignored the others but by Gen 5 or 6 Torterra really started to grow on me, now it's pretty much my most favorite starter (though I don't actually like Turtwig or Grotle)

I've hated Grimer since Gen 1 but I started using it as a team filler in Moon because the one I caught had Black Sludge, and now it might end up in my end-game team if it continues to tank hits like it does.
Repeated use of Acid Spray just chews through everything that isn't Poison or Steel too. Has Grimer always been like this??

It's Acid Spray. Such a wonderful underrated move.
Basically an un-Tauntable Metal Sound/Nasty Plot.
I used Tentacruel, Eelektross and even special Ferrothorn just to make use of it.

Good Attack, Great HP, solid coverage when you include TMs and Egg Moves, technically has 200 base Defense against contact moves when it has the Fluffy Ability. It looks a lot better on paper than what I was expecting.

Wasnt so much dislike as it was total and complete indifference to it. But I needed a 6th member and this thing decided to remind me that it existed so I picked up the first one that didnt explode on me. I'm really glad I did, this little fuck is fun to use.

It got Shell Smash while I was in the middle of Poni Canyon and oh my god it just destroys everything with Acrobatics/Stone edge.
