Level 33. Only the females evolve.
Only 1/8 Salandit are female. I'm actually trying to get a good natured one now but so far I've only gotten three females, which have been Jolly, Lonely and Brave.

Yes, they do. What comes first matters. I'd say you are better off with CC Igglybuff since you will still need that time to catch an Abra with the right ability and a good nature.

Just use your Female Igglybuff to find Males Ones.

Alternatively, catch a bunch of Abras since they can have Synchronise, one of them may have a good nature. You can also use breeding - chuck an Everstone on a male Monster-type pokemon with the nature you want, breed with a female Abra and get some offspring with Synchro and the nature you want.

There are plenty of better ways of doing stuff like this that reduce the RNG factor, and you can always use them again later.

I actually caught a male Igglybuff using the female already, so I'm now using said male to find my female Salandit.

Honestly though I've fucked up. I haven't started the fire trial yet and I have a level 40 Primarina and level 41 Lycanroc (midnight forme).

If you're not playing on Citra, then just use pkhex to change the gender because your 3ds has to be hacked to play.

also there's one ultra beast with base 151 speed.
they have bst's of 570 so i'm not sure if ub's count as legendary.
