Kyurem doesn't come in with a field effect that gives him 1.5x on STAB and prevents spore spam.

He also isn't naturally fast with access to both U-Turn and Volt Switch.

Koko isn't meme bait, he's going to be solid in OU. Physical, special, mixed and CM//Roost all seem very strong.
