For support it doesn't have anything that isn't done better by something. However for stat boosting is has swords dance, bulk up, and z splash. Add that with a decent attack and access to priority STAB with shadow sneak and STAB play rough and this guy is nothing to scuff at.

People trying to compare this to Hoopa and Manaphy don't know what they're talking about. Electric is painful as a mono-STAB because it makes you much easier to predict and work around with immunities. Hoopa had dual STAB and could carry both physical and special moves. Manaphy's mono water and 100/100/100 bulk mean that it both has slightly better neutral offensive coverage and significantly better defensive capabilities.
