So does beast boost raise the stat with the highest base per kill or does it raise the actual highest stat?

Assuming actual stat, I'm thinking of running adamant on Beauty since it will still outspeed basiclly everything with that base speed.

Scarf Lando-T can switch in once and oneshot with Superpower after a little chip damage.
Skarmory is good counter.
Not strictly a counter, but Klefki can switch in and Prankster Twave it, leaving it easy to beat afterwards. So can Thundurus-I from full HP, but it will take up to 70% damage from Choice Band set.
