Nothing screams screwed over more than this thing even with the change to MEvo priority.

The only thing nerfed about Burn was it does half the damage each turn.

But that's not a big deal, because that's not the reason Burn is used to begin with. Chip damage is nice, but it's used first and foremost for the Attack halving, which the status still retains.

Now that M-Evolution grants priority first turn for this guy, it can reliably evolve on physical attackers. It probably wouldn't have even wanted to use Destiny Bond anymore now that it's got reliable burns. Substitute would be good for predicted switches, and perhaps 2 offense moves. Maybe Shadow Sneak and Shadow Claw.

It got better. Will it be genuinely good now? Probably not, it still has to contend with it's poor offensive movepool. But it's actually got something going for it now.

Works pretty well on battlespot, especially on aegislash where pf laughs at kings shield.
Sadly mine didn't have any egg moves when I caught it. Its a shame it can't learn stuff like brick break or hone claws for boosting. If Dusclops can get bb why can't he? I was also considering teaching mine snatch To let him steal recovers or other boosts from opponents or from his partner in doubles to make up for the lame movepool, anyone think that might work well?

I really only play against friends and on battle spot. One issue I have is the inability to deal with dark types. Besides hidden power fighting and dazzling gleam. Any better ways to handle those instances if it needs to?

I'm lost. How exactly is Mega Banette more viable now? It gets Prankster priority on the first turn, but what can you do with something that is so frail when other Megas are out there?
