No you can get like 4 Pheromosas in one game

They're legendaries on the same level as things like the legendary beasts, genies or Heatran. You can actually see from the background of their Pokedex entries in S&M: normal Pokemon use blue backgrounds, you can share their QR codes, and they're not restricted from things like the Battle Tree or VGC.

Then you have the Tapu's, Type Null/Silvally and the Ultra Beasts, which have green backgrounds and can't have their QR Codes shared. But they can still be used in the Battle Tree, and (presumably) aren't counted as "restricted" Pokemon in VGC/

Mythical Pokemon, Solgaleo/Lunala's family and that prism one have yellow backgrounds, can't be used in the Battle Tree and (presumably) are Restricted Pokemon in VGC.

they're not legendaries though, they're ultra beasts. Except for Necrozma, Solgaleo and Lunala, who are also legendaries.

theyre on par with legendaries in past games. but not rly unique, why not just make regular legendary ? well cuz gamefreak is lazy to make lore so they group them up as 'ayy lmaos'
