What megas Red and Blue have it? I need to know.

None in their initial battle.
I would assume they can have different ones when battled in the Battle Tree. I know Red can at least have Mega Blastoise.

They each have three Pokemon capable of Mega Evolution, it's random which one they'll use in a battle. Red can either use Charizard, Venusaur or Blastoise, Blue can either use Alakazam, Aerodactyl or Gyarados.
