I have read that in this game they removed hords and super training. So, anyone who has played the game has idea of how to train your pokemon evs now?

Poke Pelago, you can leave a mon there and it gets EV trained in the stat you pick. Time-based, not step based.

there are also Festival Plaza shops that sell EV training items, and you can get something to reset EVs there (or maybe in the Pelago, not sure)
