No they all do something differently. Z-Splash raises Attack 3 stages, Z-Memento heals the replacing Pokemon 100%, Z-Destiny Bond has a passive Follow Me effect

But it applies the full health before the belly drum. So after using Z-drum, you are left at 50% health, as opposed to 75% health if you had a sitrus berry. The only difference is that you can z-drum at any HP

This. Z-belly drum is inferior to a sitrus berry, which doesn't use up your Z-move.

I guess it could be situational. Try to fake out the opponent and make them think you aren't running belly jet, then use Z-drum when at low HP, but it just doesn't seem as effective.
