People will meme about fighting weakness but it doesn't matter. Ttar is primarily run for the STAB pursuit. It's stats are also just better than Gigalith.

Gigalith is still really good and will likely be UU, it's just not as good as Ttar.

HOWEVER, it is a sandstorm setter with explosion, so that's a very useful trait to have to support an excadrill. Gigalith will likely see some use in OU as a result, just around 1% rather than the required 4% to be OU.
