Lurantis is a deadly predator that mimics others until it can get close enough to eat babies that lack the ability to defend themselves with bug-type moves and has adults spread pollen for it. Tsareena is just a kick plant.

In terms of usability Tsareena is better than Lurantis in almost every aspect. But Lurantis wins in terms of cuteness because Tsareena a shit.

And lastly, in terms of in-game runs, it doesn't matter who is "better" because it's fucking Pokemon and whatever miniscule amount of difficulty that might be created due to you picking your favorites can be fixed with 5 minutes of grinding. Just pick whichever one you like more.
