EXP is a specific island you have to unlock with 45 boxed pokemon, and 45 plain beans. I personally haven't unlocked it yet though.

Each patch of grass corresponds to two tables, one for day and one for night. Now as to actually which tables is for which patch of grass, that's beyond me. Munchlax has 8 tables where he appears, so counting day/night he can be found in 4 patches of grass on route 1. The only place that has 4 patches together is the one that's blocked by boulders.

For anyone who asked earlier about whether you can soft reset to for different pokemon using island scan, you CAN'T.
I've tried 5 times with the last pokemon scanned to reach 100 pts being different each and it always ended up as resulted in lutwick on the island scan. I'm doing it on 1st island by the way.

There's a shop where you can exchange Bottle Caps to max out the stats of a level 100 Pokémon. Regular Bottle Caps max out one stat and Gold Bottle Caps max out all stats. Only the stat values themselves are increased, the actual IVs remain the same. Pic related is a Pokémon Hyper Trained in Attack, Defense, and Speed, as you can see all the stats are at their maximum value but the IVs are unchanged.

HA mons are obtained by allowing pokemon to constantly call for help. After a while the mons that appear will have their HA. No, you can't get non-wild mons HA's yet. If you can't find out the ability in some way without looking at it you need to use something like worry seed to see what ability it has. I did this on grimer, took me 14 succesful cries for help.

It's actually a lie. It will take on the form of the female. If you breed a normal female ninetails in gen 7 it will hatch a normal vulpix. Unsure if this is the case for pokemon that don't have first stage alolan forms like pikachu and cubone.
