Well, now you do. But ORAS is a direct continuation of Emerald, which in itself is a direct continuation of Ruby/Sapphire that also ties the loose ends in FIreRed/LeafGreen, which.....You get the idea. If you're interested you should probably pick it up from the beginning. It's a pretty fun manga.

If it makes it any better I don't think you need to read DP or PLatinum to get into ORAS, if you're really only in it for the deep fugening, but DP is a top-tier arc.
