There's Aurora Veil aka the move that sets up Reflect and Light Screen all in one go but can only be set-up during hail and only ice types can learn it.

Of course, this means it's borderline useless as 99% of those users are shit but there's a silver lining: Alola Ninetales has both Aurora Hail AND gets Snow Warning as it's ability.

Ice shouldn't have to be thrown a bone with a situational move when Rock types get instant bonus from Sandstorm not to mention how two other types can act in sand without fear of damage.

Ice literally needs all the fucking defensive help it can get because it's apparent that GF will never change its type match ups.
