Setting up Electric Terrain while also being a very fast special attacker is good enough that I don't feel bad that this Pokemon effectively has a wasted Attack stat. It's a legendary, its BST isn't starved by any means.

You should be complaining about how they have literally no moves of their non-flying type besides the Judgment clone. And let's not even mention their BST.

It's amazing how nearly every Pokemon introduced this gen has either shit BST and distribution, a barren movepool, a cool ability but nothing to exploit it or a combination of all those three things.

The worst part is that there's Pokemon who have good movepool, BST distribution AND ability, but are missing just one single crucial move that would make them perfect.

Dragon Rush is a garbage tier move though

Aurorus STILL doesn't Power Gem, Incineroar can't learn Fire Punch, Solgaleo can't learn Iron Tail or Iron Head, Pyukumuku doesn't have any offensive moves, Magearna can't learn Moonblast but I guess Soul-Heart makes Fleur Cannon's stat drop not as bad, Celesteela gets two Flying-type moves, Dhelmise gets four Steel-type moves, Mimikyu doesn't get Zing Zap, only several Pokemon get Liquidation when there's a whole lot of physical Water-types that could use it... That's all I can think of at the moment apart from things already listed.
