Null does not get Parting Shot which is a ridiculous move nor does it have the versatility or being any type with a good move pool. Stats could be better but it's not bad at all.

No.

Silvally will be amazing. 95 base stats across the board is better than what everyone's saying. Loads of bulk, decent offensive stats, and okayish speed.

Parting Shot alone almost guarantees it a spot in OU.

Some types that will be good:

Fairy - bulky Fairy with good speed and physical attack is new.

Ghost - Can't be trapped by Dugtrio, gets a strong physical STAB move.

Poison, Steel, Water, Flying, Fighting, Ice, they all work. It's versatile, and slots into teams easily.

So if you get Silvally as a gift how are we ever supposed to obtain a Type: Null

Sad how it's only one for each game so you can't have a Silvally and a Type:Null. Both will be useful in their own niches.

It didn't end up the way people were expecting. We wanted 100 across the board, but knowing GF we expected something like 90. 95 is nothing phenomenal, it's just average. Meaning that Silvally won't hit hard enough or outspeed much stuff. It's natural movepool is not very representative of Arceus', with a notable lack of E-speed and a recovery move. Unlike Plates, the drives don't buff the same typed moves. Access to multiple types gives it multiple sets, but each set might want to run different Natures, EVs or even IVs. Since you only get 1 Null, you can see where I'm getting at. Also, Null is a solid Eviolite mon.

I really like Silvally, but it turned out rather underwhelming. It will still see usage and I will still use it, but I would've preferred it to be much closer to Arceus in terms of movepool and have base 100 across the board.
