WoW seems redundant because it has Intimidate already, and not enough Speed to get the burn through before taking a hit. Burn damage was also nerfed to 1/16 HP if you weren't aware.

But is it a good one? I'm hesitant to use Flare Blitz because of the strong recoil, but I'll get rid of Flame Charge for Fire Punch should any subsequent Gen VII games allow Incineroar to learn it.

The only problem with Flame Charge is that your only fire coverage will be kind of weak (unless they've buffed the damage like they have with Leech Life, I haven't checked). If you're alright with having speed over power, it's fine.
