Its speed is okay since Gen VI had a lot of priority-based high-speed powercreep.
Psychic Terrain could protect Fairytails and co. from Bullet Punch at the very least, and Slush Rush Hail + Steel-type could let Snowslash Rapid Spin away Stealth Rock. Snowslash does get Rapid Spin, right?

Dazzling is kinda a poor choice for translation.

It's straight up "Vivid Body" which is supposed to refer to clashing garish colors that disorient in jp. Not exactly an ability that matches a stark-white fox that blends in its environment.
