Friendship then Thunderstone from what I've heard. I think you get the Thunderstone from some shop on the 2nd island.

Hey you never know, they did change up some moves learned this time around.

Kadabra for instance doesn't learn an attacking move until level 22 this time around so it's even more useless for longer. Especially since teleport no longer takes you back to a center anymore.
