Maybe in NU. Vivilion is NU and Masquerian has some nice advantages over it like coverage and intimidate, even though it lacks Sleep Power and Hurricane + Compound Eyes

Yeah I think you're right.

Also Gale Wings only works at full health, Unaware got nerfed and I think Noctowl got a Special Attack buff too.

It's now a solid in-game pokemon and that's all I could ask for.

It definitely got a much appreciated buff. 100 SpA/80 Spe isn't too bad, especially in conjunction with Quiver Dance. The competitive Masquerain I breeded is definitely going to like being banked over to Sun.
