For passimian, I had my eye on wonder guard. Alolan Muks hidden ability is the same effect but a different name. If you could send in a shedinja to die and replace it with a muk holding an air balloon thatd be top memes, and the only way to stop it would be burn. I guess it can still happen in doubles no matter what.

Looking at the Alolan Dex, there are no levitators, plus the birds of this region have poor stats and are not very useful.

Route 9, there's one fishing spot where it's at 5%. But only at certain times of the day, and it's not there right now (Corsola instead).

I'm operating under the assumption that each slot in the encounter table is three hours. If that's the case, Mareanie is available from 3AM to 9PM (3PM to 9AM in Moon).
