Hell yeah. Komala, Minior, Turtonator, Drampa, Mimikyu and Comfey are pretty good. I just thank god that they are able to make good standalones for once.

Festival plaza lets you increase EVs by playing minigames. Don't know about resetting EVs, but it should be possible too.
