You can get a Pichu in the Hau'oli CIty Shopping District. I found one in the grassy area to the left of the area entrance.

Yeah I lucked out and found one while trying to catch an Abra. It's a 5% encounter rate I believe.

Also the Rockruff encounter rate there is 20%.

I have a Rockruff, would trade with you guys but I don't want to risk going online before launch.

They are on Ten Carat Hills on the grass patches at the open area, and seem very rare. Got a million Spindas and Machops before I got one.
