No it does not. I would be a focus sash passer or suicide mon. Your could always use a bulky follow me user as it's partner.

Plus you can always guard split with Shuckle.

Z-Aromatherapy also ups all your stats by one stage. You could add some decent bulk to it that way and take advantage of Pollen Puff or Leech Life. It can reach 300ish in both defenses with ev investment. I can see it as a nice support and baton passer.

A lot of new moves look fun as fuck this gen

even though the meta might be slowing down and bulking up, we might see many ways around this. I think game freak is gearing new Pokemon for the should purpose of double battles.
