I had an idea for a Normal/Poison type, since it's probably one of the more obtuse typings
It was based on the concept of noise pollution

I like the idea of your cliche "bedsheet" ghost, but it can't just be your Charlie Brown ghost. Make it the bedsheet, have "hair" at the top that looks like someone tied a knot in the blanket, and just two eyes.
