You have festival plaza to increase base stats now.

Regular bottle caps are found in trash cans, they seem to respawn after a while. Silver and gold ones are finite and given out by NPCs. That's what I've been told, don't quote me on this.

The main thing super training was good for was the status screen at the bottom that kept track of how many EVs you've invested. Sure there are better ways to train but you can't beat the tracker.

I haven't seen hordes like in gen 6 yet. Honey only calls one pokemon and sweet scent doesn't appear to work in the overworld. I suppose waiting for pokemon to call for help might be similar to hordes for EV training but it would take alot longer.

Yes, in the PokePelago. Once you get Charizard's Poke Ride after Kiawe's trial you instantly get access to it on your X button menu. It costs 15 normal beans and 30 Pokemon in your PC I think. click what's circled in red in Pic related.
