Regular poison or toxic poison though?

I forgot having 80 BP Leech Life is sort of an Ariados buff, and might help make him more tough.

Thinking about this more, even if it does toxic poison, its still not really great on Ariados. But maybe if he can set that up and spam leech life he'll be able to live long enough to make use of toxic poison.

Problem is his speed is shit. He does have priority though so I guess if you can nab a fell stinger kill then you just spam +3 shadow sneaks/sucker punches all day

This thing should have been a physically oriented trapper in my eyes. I always wanted it to get a mega where it's physically stronk and kinda slow with arena trap. And with the new Leech Life it would be even better.

Yeah its shit. Slightly better in this slower meta though (maybe?). You have to lead with sticky web and then hes still slow as shit. Priority is good though. In my really limited experience the good news is that people rarely ever switch out because they dont expect sucker punch.

Hes just not tough enough anyway, even though he has some okay moves for it. We'll see how Leech Life plays out, might make running Swarm slightly slightly better. Bu he's still so slow that a 1/3 HP Ariados is probably a dead Ariados. But heres hoping.

Untill Mega Beedrill becomes available again who is the best fell stinger user? It's 50 BP now and gives +3 not +2 attack.
