Mantine will see a lot more use with the extra HP and access to very reliable recovery in Roost. I imagine our fat manta ray friend will be at least UU now. Bellossom on the other hand is still very slow, and will still struggle to outspeed much even with a timid nature. It might move up to NU at the very least, but I don't see it making any huge waves anytime soon.

Mantine will likely run with Max HP/Def and a Bold nature. Between its natural special bulk and good defneisve typing, combined with Water Absorb's Scald immunity, a physically defensive Mantine would give it the best utility.

Torkoal can run Solar Beam now in Drought. Also gives a nice 50% increase for Fire moves. Shell Smash makes him more busted than before.
