Except for Phione I don't think they have ever barred a Pokemon with less than 600 BST, and the UBs have 570, less than the Legendary Birds.

I think power construct is a teachable ability that can be removed.

Why is there a duplicate of the XY Zygarde Cave on the 4th Island?
There are one item on each of the arms like usual(Life Orb, Adrenaline Orb, hidden Big Nugget and one I can't remember), but nothing in the middle where Zygarde 50&% stood.
