Nothing to do about it, Citra is in early stages of development and none of the presented settings will noticably impact performance unless your GPU is from the stone age. I do find that forcing "adaptive" vsync from Nvidia control panel is better than keeping the emu's own vsync option ticked. Vsync will contribute a small amount to slowdown if you are running below 60, but keeping it off will accelerate certain parts of games too. Adaptive is the solution to both.
