My Pikachu is 31 and it still hasn't learned Thunderbolt.
I wanna evolve it so that I won't miss the moves of the Alohan Raichu, but I don't wanna miss Thunderbolt, either

It doesn't get Thunderbolt until the 40s, but it gets Discharge sooner. Raichu's Z-Move only works with Thunderbolt, though.
