>quality over quanity
That actually was the case with the new Pokemon from Kalos.
Alola has never shown signs of quality. Visual design or battle design.
>>29781029
there are too many pokemon for them to possibly impose any sort of quality, especially for as long as they insist on repeating the tradition of three dozen utterly useless type rehashes every gen

Wrong
>Visual design
Wrong
>or battle design.
Speed isn't the only Stat that cares, stop cucking the Speed Stat

Just because you happened to like many Kalos mons doesn´t mean quality and quantity have an inherent correlation.

>muh false unproven correlation!!

wtf you talking about? OP said they prefer quantity over quality, which literally means they want shitmons
Pokemon is the few series where quantity > quality, as far as new Pokemon are concerned. More Pokemon in a given gen means that there's more variety in-game and less need to use old Pokemon to bloat the wild encounters.

He´s mocking the people who uses that argument to defend Gen 7´s lack of mons anon.
Even then
>OP said they prefer quantity over quality, which literally means they want shitmons
Prefering quantity over quality means prefering quantity over quality, not wanting shitmons.
>>29781806
>Pokemon is the few series where quantity > quality
quantity and quality have no inherent correlation.
Both are desirable and pokemon proves you can have both.

True, but my post was running on the assumption that if you had to choice between one over the other, quantity would be preferable.
