Turtonator's sole ability is Shell Armor and doesn't have HA.

Passimian has Defiant as HA, which is more situational than Receiver and more useless due to its Speed and that Bisharp can have it without looking for HA.

Ninetales has Snow Warning as HA, which Snover and Amaura lines also has and there's no difference on which summons it besides fastest accurate Blizzard on turn 1.
