So has anyone confirmed how/when/etc we get this awesome Pokemon?

As tradition I've avoided using any legendaries and limiting myself to at most one pseudo, usually the one for the game (i.e. Salamence, Dragonite, etc.)

BUT because most stats are shit I have decided to use lots of legends/pseuds at or below 600 base stats.

I WANT THIS GUY ON MY TEAM

PLEASE DONT TELL ME HE IS LOCKED BEHIND AN EVENT OR POST GAME

I can see it being shorter than Gen 5 desu. One of the things 5 got a lot of flak over was not switching over to the new handheld that came out the same year the handheld came out in and then having 3 years of no Pokemon on 3DS. They've no doubt tried timing this Gen better with that since it's starting a year earlier than BW did in relation to hardware releases and we'll probably only get a third version/sequels since those are far less time and resource consuming to make than remaking old regions in a new 3D style when they've only existed in 2D sprites up to that point. So I can see Gen 8 starting as early as late 2018, though mid to late 2019 is a safer bet.
