I have 11.1 non hacked og 3DS and 11.2 a9lh n3DS XL

you can still hack your console. I just did, just buy field runners and look for the same hack as 11.1, you will need another 3ds with luma3ds. Its easy dude and worth it. Who knows if it will be possible to hack in 11.3

it's the legit one, Installed with FBI and the loading screen was there and everything. I also converted to CCI and the game started in Citra
