His analysis on Pelliper, however, is correct; s'going to be an OU 'mon. Weather is going to come back slightly stronger. Talonflame is nerfed. Pelliper can set rain, has access to STAB rain boosted Scald, +10 into SPA, STAB 100% accurate Hurricane, a slow U-Turn to bring in the Swamperts / Kingdras / without having to take damage, access to Roost / Defog, etc. I mean, fuck, it's a much better Politoed.
