That's extremely wishful thinking anon. Scizor would still likely kill Tsareena in one shot without priority and running an overall-bad Pokemon just to stop priority isn't going to do us any favors.

Not really, especially since leech life got such a massive buff and 60 bp bug bite is still a thing, in fact if anything, due to the buff of leech life, scizor will be way more powerful since it can now heal itself while doing damage, albeit half of the damage
In short, Minior, Tsareena and bruxish are definitely going to be at the least UU if not higher, but will get checked easily by scizor

Couldn't you run sash instead of herb, which might give give it some versatility? Not really a competitive player

It should take the first hit due to shields down, and then be able to set up with mental herb to get rid of the negative side effects. Focus sash does not guarantee acrobatics' massive power boost and leaves it susceptible to non-stab/resisted priority moves that it may take if it had more HP. Granted, we don't quite know how the metagame is going to play out, so focus sash might be entirely viable.

They can succeed rather easily if they set up on you while you're stuck in defense mode. 60/100/100 isn't actually that bulky, you could end up just 100 to 0, no Shields Down form at all.
