Pelliper is staged to be the best support Rain Setter. It can slow U-Turn into a Rain Dance sweeper instead of having to hard switch or be sacked. Plus it has Tailwind, Roost and Stab Hurricane as moves for support and offensive pressure. The only real loss is a Stealth Rock Weakness and 4x Weakness to Electricity.

Pelliper benefited the most, its now a really solid rain support mon with roost, hurricane, scald, etc. It probably won't be able to use defog with it's drizzle so that hurts it,

Talonflame is dead, Gengar also took a hit. With its frailty anything that gave it an immunity was needed, another weakness especially to a common typing hurts, Qwifish is also a pleasant buff now being able to perform better as a defensive spiker. Dugtrio also got much better.

Masquerain is probably my favorite bug. Was super useful for traveling around in ORAS with secret power for bases and sweet scent + Air cutter for horde EV training.

I'm baffled by these changes.
Clearly they want to nerf speedy pokemon and priority but then they introduce a bunch of slow pokémon that don't care about priority to begin with but also aren't bulky enough to shrug off the speedier pokémon's attacks. Then the pokémon that were decent at it got "Unaware" nerfed.

There's no actual source to provide if Steel gained back its Dark and Ghost resistances. Steel already resists Fairy I think.

The PROJECT POKEMON listing is incorrect and has a error it shows azurill's egg moves for the entire line instead of showing marill's which has a different egg move list

Levitate is pretty much what really completed Gengar as the iconic OU mon able to wall so many sets. It's sad, could have gotten Cursed Body as HA. I don't mind it theme wise, Curse was its signature attack and gen 2 sprites didn't hide the third eye or nail hole on Gastly sprites.

Some people said they just used the EM list for Azurill instead of Marill, which are different.

Talonflame is not completely dead, it's just not as good as it use to be. Stealth rocks/recoil will neutralize it's ability which is great but at the same time it learns roost and you can always run a spinner/defog and save it for a late game clean up.

Not sure about Talonflame. For Quagsire, people noticed that the text for Unaware says "When you attack..." so it sounds like it only works that way. Keep in mind though that in game descriptions for a lot of moves/abilities are fairly incomplete/inaccurate so it's possible that unaware is unchanged.
